Don’t feel restricted to using the same

sweets for your cake, there are so many

kinds that would work.

I have added a sweetie explosion to the

top by wiring extra sweets and using

the central rod in the top tier as a posy

pick to support them.

Don’t forget you will need to smear

ganache or royal icing to the central

rod to secure your sweetie explosion.

You could use an adapter (plain or collared) and a small foundation

piece to bolt the top platform in place.
